Support de mars der Beschaving

On Sunday june 23 we march to protect Dutch culture from the sledgehammer of our government who wants to deduct 200 million euro's from art spendings.

Neo liberal a-holes believe the arts can support themselves if only they are forced to. But this government has a hidden agenda; they hate the arts for supposedly being a leftists elite.

It's a bit simular about how the nazi's once thought about art; "when I hear the word art I draw my pistol" nazi propaganda minister Joseph Goebbels once said.

Art is often made by peope who are critical about this government and their Neo-Liberal dreams.

Tocado support the struggle of the arts. We may not care for a lot of art that is made today but  we care a lot less for JSF fighters or more roads for those addicted to petrol guzzling SUV's. It's stupid and barbaric to cut the arts while we spend on war and asphalt.

Join the protest on Sunday and monday; come to museum Boymans van Beuningen which is occupied by protesters!
